2008 Access to Learning Award

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is now accepting applications for its 2008 Access to Learning Award. The Foundation gives the $1 million award every year to an innovative library or similar organization outside the U.S. that provides free access to information through computers and the Internet. Deadline is December 31, 2007
